Meet our founder, Brittany Finnell Brownlee. She can usually be found wearing a white hat, enjoying a sunny day with great people talking about human excellence & how to maximize a self-authored life. 

 

Brittany is a leadership coach and consultant with over 15 years in HR strategy & innovation, talent acquisition, leadership, and organizational development. As a dynamic and charismatic leader, Brittany understands the value of human connection and the power of strong leadership skills to help move both people and businesses forward in positive and rewarding ways. She has successfully led companies through transformational change in high-growth technology organizations resulting in 2 successful acquisitions. Brittany is passionate about helping companies and individuals find and reach their own unique potential.

    

Brittany has created and directed HR and Talent programs across industries, with the last 10 years focused on technology consulting, corporate real estate, and workplace strategy establishing HR departments to be a strategic leadership partner.  Brittany developed programs to ensure employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention while effectively supporting key leaders to grow the business from a human capital perspective creating many unique solutions to drive incredible, data-driven results and metrics; all with a holistic, team-based approach to creating world-class diverse work cultures that leave people saying “I love my job!”.

As a coach, Brittany combines her business experience and ability to connect with others in order to help them gain self-awareness, clarify their goals, and explore what may be blocking them from unlocking their fullest potential.  Brittany leverages the Clarity Compass program developed by Dr. Brit Poulson and works in partnership with Clarity Compass as a consultant & coach on their team as well.

Brittany is a certified Meditation Coach where she studied with davidji & Suze Yalofschwarz through the Unplug Training program.  Brittany believes mindfulness and emotional regulation are keys to navigating a highly successful life and learned that meditation is a powerful tool to accelerate many people to greatness.  Brittany is happy to share this incredible tool to individuals through 1:1 meditation coaching, guided meditations, and working with kids, schools, athletes, business leaders, and organizations to learn simple, approachable breathing tools that help them move from anxiety to calm within seconds.  If Navy Seals, top athletes, and Super Bowl teams are using it - there’s something in it for you, too. 

 

Brittany holds a BA in Human Resources Development with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University, and loves continuing education that helps her stay on top of current trends, HR knowledge, hiring practices, recruiting, mindfulness, psychology, and the like.
